Export your video

When your recording looks right, Kiruna renders it locally and saves the file wherever you need it.

    Open Export

    Click Export in the top-right corner. A panel slides in with everything you need.

    Pick a format

    Choose MP4 for a shareable video or GIF for a quick loop. MP4 keeps the audio, GIF is silent.

    Set the resolution

    Pick 1080p for most uses, or 4K when you want maximum detail. Higher resolutions take a little longer to render.

    Choose a destination

    Name the file and pick a folder. Kiruna renders on your Mac, so nothing is uploaded and nothing leaves your device.

    Export

    Click Export and watch the progress bar. When it finishes, your video is ready to share.
