Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kiruna, a Mac app provided by Kirill Sidorets ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Kiruna you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kiruna on your Macs. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or remove notices from the app.

Subscriptions

Recording and editing are free. Exporting requires a Pro subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you record and share. Do not use Kiruna to capture content you have no right to, or in violation of applicable law or the privacy of others.

No warranty

Kiruna is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here removes statutory rights you have as a consumer.
