We want you happy with Kiruna. Recording and editing are free, so you can try the app fully before subscribing to export.

14-day money back

If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it, no questions asked. If you are in the UK or EU, this is in addition to your statutory right to cancel.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us and we will sort it out.

How to request

Email hello@kiruna.app from the address on your account. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within a few business days.
